No. The Kpopz Quiz cards are required to play the game, as each card contains the song and question you need to participate. The game isn’t designed to be played without them.

When opening the game, use your phone’s camera app to scan the QR code on the card. After tapping the link provided by the QR code, turn your phone upside down so you can’t see the track or title while listening.. The track will play through a supported music streaming service, so make sure your device has an active internet connection.

For the best experience, Kpopz Quiz is recommended for 2–4 players.

Check that the card is flat and in good condition, and that your camera has enough light to clearly see the QR code. Avoid glare or direct reflections from lights, as these can make the code hard to scan. You can gently shade the card with your hand to reduce reflections, just make sure not to cover the QR code itself.

The Golden Card is a special card that appears a few times in the game.

• When a Golden Card is drawn, a mini-game starts.

• You must place a bet of at least 1 and up to 3 KPOPZ Coins.

• If you don’t have any coins yet, you can still play — in this case, you can only win and never lose.

• Answer the question correctly and your bet is doubled.

• Answer incorrectly and your bet goes to the KPOPZ Bank.
